Outline Description of Module
This double module builds on Introduction to Sanskrit (RT1106). Competent students will be encouraged to follow this up with the Sanskrit Texts modules in Year Two.
METHODS OF TEACHING: Tutorials, seminars and course tests.
METHODS OF ASSESSMENT: 2 hour examination (prepared translation and grammatical exegesis). Entry to the exam is conditional upon having completed the requisite course exercises, however defined.
