Outline Description of Module
Approximately six million crimes are notified to the police every year. However, it is suggested that it is not crime that is on the increase but the reporting and recording of offences as well as the number of offences created by Parliament each year. This course assumes no prior knowledge and covers aspects of criminal law considered at the Crown Court.
